Interesting Material

Part of writing is about sharing. We looked over some interesting ideas in class last week, such as linking words, prepositional phrases and their uses. I would like to share these online materials with you, so here they are for your reference. Enjoy.

Although we did not view this Powerpoint about Topic Sentences we have looked at how we use words in dependent or subordinate clauses to add details to writing. topic sentences and subordinate clauses.  Having the PPT on hand might help you with your sentence classification that you will be doing for homework on the Google Doc Sentence Structure Sheet.
